Refund Policy

We support a 60-day return window counting from the date customers receive their ordered items. Requests submitted beyond this time frame will not be accepted for return application.

Items requested for return must remain unused, unopened, intact in original packaging, free from damage, stains or missing accessories. Products that have been partially consumed, damaged artificially or fail to meet return condition standards cannot be processed for refund.

Once returned packages are received, inspected and verified to meet return requirements, refunds will be initiated within 5 to 10 working days. The refund amount will be returned through the original payment channel used for order settlement.

Original shipping fees and tariffs are covered by our side and will not be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs for sending goods back to the designated return address shall be undertaken by the customer.

All refunds will be issued in USD in accordance with the original order currency standard.
